Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
